Article 2: General provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) apply to all registrations for and participation in the Néophilia™ exhibition made through the www.néophilia.com website; they form an integral part of the Agreement between the Exhibitor and Néophilix.
Néophilix reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The T&Cs applicable shall be those in force on the date of payment (or payment of the first instalment for payments in instalments) of the order. The T&Cs may be consulted on the Company’s website at the following URL: www.néophilia.com/tcs/.
Néophilix also ensures that they have been clearly and unreservedly accepted, by means of a check box validated by a click. The Exhibitor hereby declares that they have read all of these Terms and Conditions of sale and that they accept them without reservation or restriction.

Article 3: Price
The registration fee for the Néophilia™ exhibition supplied on the www.néophilia.com website is in euros. It includes a booking for a 4-square-metre stand equipped with a table, four chairs, and a power supply. Cleaning at the end of the exhibition is also included.

Néophilix shall make every reasonable effort within its power to attract as many investors and visitors to the exhibition as possible. However, Néophilix offers no guarantee that an Exhibitor will succeed in concluding any form of contract with an investor or find a partner.
Unless explicitly specified otherwise, the rights assigned by virtue of this Agreement are assigned only to the natural person signing the order (or the person who owns the email address supplied)
Article 5: Payment
Payment is due on registration for the exhibition, to be made via the www.néophilia.com website. The Exhibitor may make the payment using the website’s means of payment. The data transmitted is encrypted in line with best industry practice.
Once the Exhibitor has triggered payment, the transaction is immediately debited as soon as the information has been verified. Pursuant to the Monetary and Financial Code, card payments are irrevocable. By supplying their bank details during the sale, the Exhibitor authorises Néophilix to debit the amount of the specified price from their card. The Exhibitor hereby confirms that they are the legal holder of the card to be debited, and/or legally entitled to use it. The registration shall not be validated in the event of an error, or it not being possible to debit the card.
Article 6: Confirmation of registration
Registration for the Néophilia™ exhibition shall be final only when the registration fee has been paid in full, subject to the Exhibitor meeting the exhibition conditions displayed on the www.néophilia.com website.

Any reproduction, alteration, or use of this property, in whole or in part and for any reason whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.
Article 9: Force majeure
Néophilix’s performance of its obligations under these T&Cs shall be suspended in the event of the occurrence of an act of God or force majeure circumstances preventing their performance. Néophilix shall speedily inform the client of the occurrence of any such event.
Article 10: Annulment or amendment of the Agreement
Should any of the provisions of this Agreement be annulled, this shall not invalidate the other provisions, which shall remain in force between the parties. Any amendment of the Agreement shall be valid only on the basis of a written agreement signed by the parties.
Article 11: Protection of personal data
The Exhibitor shall have the right to query, access, amend, refuse the use of, and/or rectify their personal information.
